Big attic room with en suite (Sheffield)

I live in a nicely renovated terrace in Heeley. Close to the city centre and train station. There are good bus connections into town, the numbers 51 and 1 buses goes outside the theatre.

Walking distance to an Asda and cash machine. Walk to the train station or city centre is about 15/20 mins.

It’s very much a family home. You will be staying with me and my dog ‘Bert’ a typical whippet, the house is clean and tidy. I don’t mind abit of noise or what time you get home as long as you’re mindful of my neighbours.

The attic has a king size bed, lots of floor space and an en-suite (with toilet, sink and bath, shower attachment). Hair dryer and heated clothes dryer available.
You have full use of the kitchen and main bathroom With shower.
There is a tv in your room with access to Netflix etc. I work Monday-Thursdays and sometimes will have my daughter with me at home. We tend to leave the house early (7:30) and are out most of the day.

I have an enclosed garden which I don’t mind you smoking in.

Internet connection is good throughout the house.
On road parking.

Check In would be after 4pm Monday-Thursday but flexible fri/sat/Sundays.
I have used this site before and had many happy bookings and reviews- got locked out of my account so had to set up a new one!
