Big and spacious double (Edinburgh )

Your large, comfy room has a separate kitchen area just across the corridor so you have some independence from the rest of the flat. There are two bathrooms in the flat, and the nearest one will be mostly for you.
The room has a double bed, a desk, and comfy furniture.
The kitchen has a microwave, a cooker, fridge and table and chairs.
There is also a washing machine.
We live in an old Methodist Church Hall. The flat is on the second (top) floor and we own the whole building.
On the first floor are three artist studios and a large studio that I use for my yoga classes and is sometimes rented out for rehearsals.
The Leith area is very accessible everywhere in Edinburgh by bus and tram. It is cosmopolitan with a wide assortment of cafes, bars and restaurants.
We have a very chilled and friendly border terrier, but there is no need to interact with him if you are not inclined!
