A welcoming double room in a friendly home (Edinburgh )

Your comfy room is next door to the big bathroom that is shared with one other bedroom only if we have friends or family staying. We have the use of a separate bathroom. We have a guest kitchen, shared with one other guest room and we have our own kitchen. However, we are more than happy to interact and welcome you to our flat.
The room has a double bed, a desk, ample wardrobe/chest of drawers and a TV.
The kitchen has a microwave, a cooker, fridge and table and chairs.
There is also a washing machine.
We live in an old Methodist Church Hall. The flat is on the second (top) floor and we own the whole building.
On the first floor are three artist studios and a large studio that I use for my yoga classes and is sometimes rented out for rehearsals.
The Leith area is very accessible everywhere in Edinburgh by bus and tram. It is cosmopolitan with a wide assortment of cafes, bars and restaurants.
We have a very chilled and friendly border terrier, but there is no need to interact with him if you are not inclined!
