What does this mean?

The terrace where I live is "Grade 2 listed" and in a Conservation Area know as The Georgian Quarter.

Shared facilities with friendly, welcoming landlady. Payable on day of arrival, or second day at the latest. Cash is best for me. Thanks.

Free Parking and WiFi

You are sharing my home with me, so if you wish to bring another Guest home to share your room with you for the odd night, please check with me first that this is OK.

Both rooms have central heating.

Very close to modern city centre shopping.

Truly the best!
May has been the sweetest most welcoming host. Her house is very vibrant full of happy colours. A lovely walk to the Empire with lots of coffee shops and restaurants on the way. The bedroom is spacious and the bed is very comfortable. Would go back in a heartbeat ! Thank you for everything May :)
