What does this mean?

PRICING IS FOR ENTIRE HOUSE, NOT PER ROOM

Traditional 2 up 2 down terraced house in the Irish Quarter of Belfast - exactly 1 mile (20mins walk) from the Grand Opera house, 1.5 miles to the city centre, and just around the corner from mainline buses going all over the city.

You have full rental of the house, self contained, with no visits from me, unless you need something/there is a problem - I'm also a professional performer, so I know what it's like being on tour!

2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 fully functioning kitchen (with pots/pans, cutlery/crockery, tea/coffee, oils/spices, toaster, kettle, microwave etc as well as washing machine and dryer), 250mbps WiFi and 42' smart TV.

Unfortunately I cannot accommodate pets and no smoking is allowed inside the house.

Bed linen and towels are provided, as well as essential toiletries

Had a lovely stay at David’s. Easy walking distance from the venue, lovely bathroom in particular. Some drawers would nice in the bedrooms but plenty of room for two of us. Definitely would recommend!

Great stay in David's cosy home. Fully self contained well equipped house. Two spacious bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, washer dryer etc. we had a great stay with a short 20 minute walk to the theatre station etc. Thanks David.....we will return.

We had the best stay at David’s house. A 15 minute straight forward walk from the Opera House. Everything we needed.

We had a good week staying in this quirky little house. We were warm and comfortable. Overall, it fulfilled our needs for the week. We walked to The Opera House during the day and easy cheap taxi at night. We slept well. Beds were clean and comfortable. David was very helpful and informative plus quick to respond to any questions. We would book again. Many thanks.

Booked these digs for myself & a cast member. Digs were cold & felt damp, there is heating but you have to pay extra to get it topped up. ALSO BEWARE: Don't be a human being & accidentally lock yourself out. Host didn't answer until the following day anyway & was quite hostile. Calling for help late at night is obviously not ideal, we felt awful doing so but it was a last resort. Interactions with the host were uncomfortable & counter-productive, not a nice feeling when you are far from home...
