A double room with blackout blinds, a large writing desk in a Victorian house with high ceilings and an open fire. Full use of kitchen and living areas in a home with an at home recording booth, a backdrop & ring light, a printer, and 2 actors happy to give you your space or help with auditions.
Bus stop on the corner of the road take you into city centre in 10 minutes. A convenient base in a safe, suburban area.

The Area and Transport
Our house is just off Upper Ormeau Road in Belfast- a vibrant road with independent coffee shops, gyms, a chiropractors, plant shops and bakeries.
The bus stop is less than 2 minutes from our door with multiple buses taking you into the city centre in 10 minutes.
We are 10-15 minutes walk along the river to The Lyric Theatre.

Great location with easy bus routes into town, right next to a lovely park and high street. The room was perfect and Amanda made sure I had everything I needed during my stay. Great value and such lovely hosts!

Amanda and Michael are great hosts - friendly and generous. Cosy house. 30mins walk to Opera House or 10min bus. Nice area.

Colin is a great guest. So kind and thoughtful and full of great stories. We loved having him to stay, an absolute gem.
Amanda and Micheal could not have been better hosts. Creatives themselves, they understood my work hours and were so helpful in providing everything I needed for the stay with great tips on the area inc local food places and pubs. The best digs I’ve had in Belfast, super comfy bed and clean room in a great location for all theatres. Am already looking forward to the next visit! Thank you!

THE BEST. Amanda was so generous with her time recommending all sorts of lovely things to do/places to eat for us both.
We were made to feel incredibly welcome- Couldn't recommend more.
The property is on a sweet residential street surrounded by independent small businesses and is an easy walk to the city center.
