Room in the lovely area of Uplands. Close walking distance to the sea front and to Theatres and Arena. You share the bathroom in my family home and have access to some facilities in my kitchen (kettle, toaster, fridge and microwave)

Room in the lovely area of Uplands which is only a 30min walk to the Swansea Grand Theatre and even closer to the Patti Pavilion and the Taliesin. I'm only 500m from the vibrant hub of Uplands where there are lots of restaurants and pubs.

The bathroom is shared and the basic listed facilities within the kitchen are shared.

None of the bedrooms have a lockable door as this is a family home and you will be sharing with me and my partner but privacy is always respected.

Excluded Facilities

The living room is for my private use and the kitchen can only be used for simple meal preparation using the toaster, kettle, fridge and microwave.
