Upstairs are 2 bedrooms (1 double bed with inbuilt plugs for charging phones and wall mounted television, 2nd room has 2 single beds), bathroom with walk in shower, bath.

There is 1 parking space available on the drive. if more are required, a parking permit can be purchased from Hull City Council.

House is ideally located within walking distances of (3 mins to Hull Marina, 10 mins to the Rail station, City Centre and Theatres) or easily accessible from the A63. The full 2 bed house and garden is available for guests to use during their stay and equipped with mod cons and modern facilities.

Andy’s digs are absolutely fantastic. A short walk into town, in a quiet and peaceful area of Hull.
The property was very clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.
Andy even went the extra mile to leave us a collection of Easter eggs.
I would not hesitate to book to stay at Andy’s again.
Wonderful communication and was always there for any questions or queries we had.
