Living with Host

What does this mean?

It is a three story Victorian townhouse, 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (3 en-suite). The interior of the house is beautiful, renovated recently, new German kitchen with huge island, new bathrooms. There is a cute townhouse garden in the back with seating, sun lounger etc.
The room has a super king size bed, brand new, there is lots of storage space. Room is located at the front overlooking the street which means some noise from bin collection etc, not recommended for light sleepers. Bedding and toiletries are all included and cleaner comes biweekly in case of longer stay. You are welcome to use the communal space, kitchen, living/dining room and garden too, however pls ensure you clean up and respect others’ space and privacy. Coffee, tea etc provided in the kitchen, washing machine, microwave, and dishwasher available to use.
Both singles and couples are welcome.

Guest Parking

Paid parking. 15 pounds per day.

The Area and Transport

I live in zone 2 between Brixton and Clapham North, south of the river. Both Clapham and Brixton are vibrant areas with lots of bars, restaurants, gyms and the famous Brixton market and Clapham Common are walking distance.
Transport links are exceptional from here. Brixton (Victoria line), Clapham North (Northern line) and Clapham high street (Windrush line) are between 5-10 minutes walk. Battersea power station is 11 min cycle ride as an example. There are lots of lime and other bikes to rent around here.
