What does this mean?

We have a brand new refurbished kitchen and dining area and huge improvements throughout the house.
Set on 4 floors. Lower ground floor is a large brand new dining room and kitchen leading out to the front and back private courtyard. A large dining table and chairs and fully equipped modern kitchen make this perfect for a family dinner or dinner party. The ground floor has a simple study workspace or single bedroom, which ever you choose. A double bedroom with a Victorian double bed with a window looking out to the back courtyard with blackout curtains. Filled with books, records and a record records and a record player. First Floor contains a large living room with fire place, large comfy sofa, old arm chair, TV. Bathroom with bath and separate walk-ln shower and central heating cupboard holding the washing machine. A Fortnum’s and Masons hamper filled The Top floor contains a large calm attic room with a window facing the cottages across the road.

Guest Parking

Free parking on Welshmill Road just opposite the house. The NCP car parks are free between 6pm and 9am and only a few pounds a day.

Moments walk from the river and town centre. Beautiful walk through meadows to the station with trains to Bath, easy access to Cardiff and London.
