Hello! I have a lovely spare room in my apartment that I’m looking to rent out on a short-term basis for those looking for digs whilst working in Bristol.
The apartment is in an amazing location on East Street, Bedminster- ten min walk to Wapping Wharf and twenty min walk to both the Bristol Hippodrome and the Bristol Old Vic.
It’s a lovely walk across the river and through the Harbourside area (I do it every day for work- it’s fab!).
The apartment itself is in a converted tobacco factory with a large kitchen/lounge/ diner (which you’re very welcome to use!) and 2x bathrooms (one of which is for your exclusive use).
The room is a good size with an empty chest of drawers and wardrobe space should you need it.
I work in television and tend to work in the office every day- if you’re working during the evenings, you’ll have the apartment to yourself most days:-)
Amenities-wise, Asda Bedminster is next door (which tends to have everything you need).
There are also a couple of lovely cafes opposite (the Bristol Loaf and Toast) and lots of restaurants/ bars on North Street (approx 10 mins walk).
My home is your home whilst you’re here:-)
