What does this mean?

A bright double room with a private bathroom in a warm, welcoming home in the heart of the northern quarter.

You’ll be sharing the apartment with my lovely boyfriend and I — although I’m cabin crew, so I’m usually away 3–4 nights a week.

My boyfriend works a lot and when I am home, the house has a calm, cosy feel: lots of flowers, candle-lit evenings and a relaxed atmosphere. I’m often at the gym, out with friends, or unwinding quietly with TV.

We’re looking for someone calm, tidy and professional to rent the room on a temporary basis.

There’s 3 rooftops with amazing views where I sometimes each breakfast, do meditation or have drinks with friends. A great place to rehearse lines or you can also use the office meeting room that’s opposite us for rehearsals for free too.

The sunsets are amazing too. There is a private office meeting room that fits 8/10 people and TV room if anyone wanted to rehearse lines with you or relax with in a private space too

No parking available on site, but there is loads of parking around town.

There is a washing machine in the apartment. There are also 3 roof tops, a co working space, a private meeting room and a tv room.

Excluded Facilities

My room and private bathroom are obviously private and off limits. You’ll have your own key and fob for the front door to come and go as you please.

Was a great stay! 20 minutes walk from Manchester palace theatre, was very quiet apartment block, the host was great and accommodating, very easy to contact and very friendly.
The only downside was the door lock was broken at my time of stay, so felt slightly unsafe, but the apartment did have extra security so wasn’t too worrying.
