About these Digs
Living with Host
Amenities include: Off road parking/garage, large garden, internet, constant hot water, washing machine, dish washer, shared living room/bathroom.
Guest are more than welcome to use the kitchen. Space will be available for you to store food, in both the fridge/freezer and cupboards (I understand some host's do not allow you to use kitchen, which I find bizarre).
Please also feel free to use garden. (If the sun decides to make an appearance).
Happy to take payment in installments or end of stay.
Tea and coffee included.
Check in before 8 pm. Check out 12pm. If you are going to arrive after 8pm, please kindly arrange this with me in advance.

Free on road or on drive parking.
The Area and Transport
20 minute walk to bars and restaurants in Chapel Allerton (or a 30 min stagger). Nearest supermarket is a 10 minute walk away, however there is a very good corner shop, take away, chip shop, chemist and sports centre only 100 yards away.
Bus stop to and from city less than a 5 min walk. Bus takes approx 15 minutes. And runs frequently.
Or if you prefer to walk, it will take you approx 40 minutes to the theatres.
For animal loves, there's a urban farm 10 minute walk away.

This was as it says a cosy place and only a couple miles from the City. Denise was very friendly and easy to talk to as well as very helpful. I’ll be sure to keep her place in my favourites.

Denise is a lovely, friendly and welcoming host. Room is spacious and quiet and Leeds Playhouse was around a 45-minute walk or 10 minute bus-ride away. Thanks again!

It was an absolute pleasure to stay with Denise. The digs were just what I needed and Denise was friendly, chilled and very kind. Up for a chat and a glass of wine and equally respectful if you want some space. I will definitely book again if I’m in the area for work. Thoroughly recommended!

These are really good digs and I will definitely be looking to book next time I'm in Leeds. Denise is a lovely host, its about a 35min walk into the theatre and about £10 at the most for an uber back.

I had a lovely stay with Denise, felt very at home and welcome. I'd definitely come back! I drove in to work most days but a taxi home at night was about £6 on the days I didn't drive.

Denise is so nice and friendly and makes you feel right at home! The room is nice, lots of storage space, clean bedding/sheets and towels provided every week.Near parks and a 40min walk into town or 10min bus around the corner. I had a lovely stay!

Denise’s place is great. As described and it was fab to stay again. On a decent bus route but a taxi was about £6 so very do-able.

For what I needed it was absolutely perfect if on occasion a littler far mainly when you're coming home and the buses are screwed but is was only a couple of times in weight weeks.

Denise is a great host. She very friendly, easy going and easy to get a hold of. The room is lovely with everything you need. Towels and linen are changed every week. Very easy to get to central Leeds via frequent buses (15 mins approx).

A fantasist stay in a lovely house. The bus in is really easy, and also runs quite late, but its really reasonable to get a taxi home after a show too. Really friendly environment and I felt really welcome! Thank you!!

Had a lovely time here. Denise was super friendly with great prior communication and she was happy to leave me to my own devices once I was settled. Super easy 10min bus ride to work. Would happily stay again!

Lovely room in a welcoming home! Denise was very welcoming and provided a space heater when the radiator wasn't working! Very close to the bus stop, but only takes 40 minutes to walk into town, so would definitely stay again!

Denise was a lovely host and most helpful. Compared to the rates in other cities, maybe this was slightly pricey, but I really enjoyed my stay and would stay here again.

Denise was lovely, I arrived early and she allowed me to come to her work to pick the keys up, which was kind of her, great communication.
The digs weren’t up to my standards in the way the bathroom wasn’t clean, and the bedroom had unclean sheets.

I had a lovely stay at Denise's. It's a lovely room to stay in and Denise is very easy-going. It's only 15 or so minutes form the bus stop over the road to the City Varieties, so even less to The Grand and about the same for WYP. Recommended!
