Covid aware. Central heated, stackable twin-bedded room with electric blankets plus own (not shared) fully fitted kitchen. Shared adjacent shower with a toilet plus an upstairs bathroom (bath only) & separate toilet. Incidentally, you don't have to use the shower laying down - this was the only way I could get it to show properly. Use of dining room & breakfast room. There is Freeview TV & integrated CD/DVD player. Wholehouse Wifi. Smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors fitted.

My home is relaxed & friendly, fairly large, Victorian house & home to a collection of books & collectibles. Approximately 25 minutes’ walk (Google gives 18 minutes’ walk & 0.9 miles) from Northampton Royal & Derngate Theatres stage door). About 10 minutes’ walk to Deco Theatre. While Kettering & Wellingborough are approx. 25-35 minutes' drive with Milton Keynes Theatres approx. 35-45 minutes' drive.

Frequent bus service within 2 minutes’ walk. Two minutes' walk from a range of shops (some open late), pubs, takeaways & restaurants. A park (old Racecourse) is 2/3 minutes' jog/walk away.
Free & unrestricted street parking.

Notes & House Rules.
During your stay you’ll be responsible for keeping your area clean & tidy.
The accommodation is not suitable for pets or children.
Strictly non-smoking (including electronic), but smokers are welcome to use the garden.
Rent is payable on arrival & in advance. Bookings require a damage/late cancellation confirmation deposit at least 10 days before arrival (or when booking if later).
There is an extra nightly charge for an additional guest. All guests must be booked in prior to staying.
Bookings require a damage/late cancellation confirmation deposit at least 10 days before arrival (in addition to the fee paid to Theatre Digs booker) GBP (£) 75.00 for 7-Day booking & GBP (£) 150.00 for a 28-Day booking. Assuming no damage or late cancellation the deposit will be refunded in full within 3 days of leaving.
