What does this mean?

Large, quiet double room in ground floor flat. The room has blackout blinds, and the occupier shares the flat with the owner - bathroom, living room, kitchen, conservatory and garden are shared. The room has a reading corner.
The flat is 5 mins walk from National Youth Theatre, and a short bus ride to Sadler's Wells. There are tube links 6 stops from the West End.

Guest Parking

Guest parking is by permit only - from 38p per half hour

The Area and Transport

I am new to Theatre Digs Booker and offer a warm welcome to my friendly flat in quiet street in North London. Transport links are close by - 15 mins walk to Picc, Vic and Northern lines (or 3 bus stops if preferred). Also close to local shops, friendly pubs and many cafes/restaurants.. There are also local parks including Hampstead Heath, Finsbury Park, and nature walks along the canal, New River and Woodberry Down. Angel Islington is a bus ride away, with many great shops and entertainments.
I can provide groceries on arrival by arrangement.
