What does this mean?

Quiet and bright double attic room on the second floor with blackout blinds and with its own sink.
Shared use of kitchen and living areas and use of garden. Use of main family bathroom and shower room, generally only used by guests. On bus or cycle route to theatres in Bradford and near to station for central Leeds. Local woodland walks very close by.

There is plenty of free on street parking outside the house.

The Area and Transport

We live between central Bradford, with its theatres, and Saltaire which is a world heritage site - both being within a 30 minute walk. Both can be easily accessed by bus as we are on the main bus route, bus stop 3 minute walk, between Saltaire and Bradford. There are two local train stations, Shipley is a 20 minute walk away and Frizinghall station 15 minute walk. Trains from both stations go to Bradford (5 mins) Leeds (15-20mins) or to Ilkley. Shipley station also gives easy access to Skipton and the Dales. We are a 30 minute drive away from Haworth and Bronte country.

I had an amazing stay! Steph was so kind, friendly, and welcoming—it was lovely meeting you. The room was absolutely spotless, exceptionally clean, and beautifully presented with everything I needed. The bed was really comfortable, and every little detail had been thoughtfully considered. This is honestly the best place I've ever stayed, and I wouldn't hesitate to book again.
