2 bedroom self-catering apartment, sleeps 3 in comfort on 1st floor in secluded estate; very convenient for His Majesty's Theatre, Sainsbury's Supermarket, Aberdeen Royal Infirmary, & Aberdeen University. Sleeps up to 4 in 1 double & 1 twin bedroom, kitchen with all mod cons (no dishwasher), bathroom with bath & shower over, and TV lounge with dining area. Free broadband WiFi internet access; free reserved parking space.

Guest Parking

There is one reserved parking space , #79, situated on the far side of the block of flats, just below #79 flat's window. All the spaces lined with lock blocks are reserved for their owners. The visitors spaces are the ones lined by tarmac. Please only occupy #79 or a visitor's space.

The Area and Transport

A quiet, secluded, modern estate in the city centre with a supermasrket nearby and on various city centre bus routes. #12 bus goes from Sainsbury's supermarket to |His Majesty's Theatre, If travelling by train then catch the #12 bus to Sainsbury's supermarket in Berryden Retail park.If coming by plane the take the #727 airport shuttlebus and get off at The Northern Hotel, round the corner form from Ashberry flat. If coming by car then there is one free reserved parking space, #79.HMT is within walking distance, 1.25 miles.

I've stayed here before, and its always a pleasure. Unfortunately, I missed my plane to Aberdeen, but Kenneth was amazing and was very patient with me. Arrived 8hrs later than planned. Would recommend people staying there, I had it to myself but plenty of room for 2 or 3 people. Its out of town by 15/20min walk depending on direction but its quiet so a good nights sleep!

A great place if and when I am back, definatly going to rebook. I only saw the double bed room, the other bedroom was locked, but if its like the other rooms, its all good.
