What does this mean?

Arty Basement flat. Large, airy, open plan, very cosy space. Tastefully and quirkily decorated. Fully equipped for all cooking/cleaning needs. Designated cooking area, complete with 2 induction hobs, small cooker, microwave, toaster, and kettle. (Air fryer available on request). Comfy TV area with large widescreen TV (with Sky Sports/Netflix etc) AND ADDITIONALLY... a new TV projector with pull down screen for viewing from the comfort of your kingsize bed. Separate entrance/exit through garden. Self contained, for sole guests use, with hosts living separately in the house above this basement flat.
A pool table can be set up if requested...doubles up as table tennis/long multipurpose table! Can provide for single or double occupancy room.

Patio doors open to a generous sunny garden with an apple tree. Quiet, sought-after residential location. Only a 7 minute drive (35 mins straight walk) to the main theatre. On the main bus route, with buses running frequently.

Situated in Mannamead, one of the most sought-after areas in Plymouth. Patio doors open to a sunny garden with an apple tree. Quiet, residential location. Just a 7min drive (35 min direct walk) to Theatre Royal in City Centre. On a direct main bus route with nearby stop.

These digs are special. Lovely location. Your own entrance is through a beaufiful garden you can relax in. A massive comfy bed, a kitchenette with everything you need to cook properly and plenty of room in general. Stylish lighting and coolest of all a projector with a big screen you can watch from bed! Would highly recommend.

Had a lovely stay with Mark and Paloma they were so friendly and welcoming from the get go! The digs had everything I needed even a projector to watch tv in bed! Free parking was a big bonus too will definitely book to stay again :)
