What does this mean?

Recently refurbished to a high standard and furnished to maximise comfort. My mid terrace house is both comfortable and quiet. It has two bedrooms with a shared bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen including, microwave, espresso coffee maker, electric hob and oven toaster and kettle, with an open plan dining area and lounge. The lounge is very comfortable with a large corner sofa and TV. There’s also a work desk area and WiFi throughout the house. The two bedrooms have king size double beds and share a bathroom with a newly fitted large power shower.

Arcadia house is a mid terraced 19th century building, located in Cheltenham town Centre. Set back from the road in a semi secluded area. Securely park your car behind the barrier as you are just 10 mins walk to the Everyman and Playhouse Theatres, an ideal oasis whilst away from home. 2 minute walk and you’re surrounded by the hustle and bustle of Cheltenham's Brewery Quarter where you’ll find bars and restaurants a plentiful. Arcadia is equipped with all you will need for a self contained stay too, you can relax on our oversized comfy sofa and recoup with a great nights sleep in one of our king sized beds. Every comfort awaits.
