The Bord Gáis Energy Theatre is just a few minutes away, while many of the city’s other theatres and performance venues are within easy walking distance or a short journey by public transport.

The area is exceptionally well connected, with the DART and Dublin Bus services all nearby, making travel across the city straightforward for rehearsals, performances and days off. Grand Canal Dock itself is one of Dublin’s most vibrant neighbourhoods, with a great selection of cafés, restaurants and bars, as well as beautiful waterfront walks to enjoy between shows.

I had a wonderful stay at Niall’s apartment.
I ended up with the whole place to myself which was lovely.
The en-suite room had everything I needed including a socket near the bed, plenty space for clothes & a small but functional shower room.
The lounge/diner & balcony were lovely & I even had breakfast on the balcony each morning.
I was the first guest at Niall’s theatre digs & I would highly recommend it. Distance to Bord Gaís theatre & convention centre were ideal. Tesco round the corner.
