Apartment 5, located on the second floor, is a duplex 1 bedroom apartment with a sofa bed, sleeping comfortably up to 4 guests.
Apartment 5 is furnished and decorated to a very high standard with all home comforts. It has been given a 4 star rating from Visit Wales and is ideally situated for adventurous and fun family holidays, romantic breaks or walking/golfing getaways. It is unusually large for a one bedroom apartment and can easily sleep 4 guests, thanks to its sofa-bed in the lounge. Children are welcome, but sorry, no pets.

Apartment 5 is a duplex apartment with an upstairs bedroom containing a double bed, a chest of drawers, a clothes hanging unit and a dressing mirror. It also has a television and DVD player. The modern bathroom is also located upstairs and comprises a bath with wall mounted shower unit, shower glass, a sink, a toilet, a large mirror and bath towel rails.
Downstairs, the kitchen/ding room has all new appliances including a washing machine, cooker, hob, microwave, full size Fridge/Freezer, sink and draining board, a kettle, toaster and all crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils required, an iron & ironing board and a vacuum cleaner.

The dining/kitchen area table has seating for 4 people, a high chair is available on request
The living room has all the amenities you require including a large sofa bed an armchair, television and DVD player and reading material.

Keyboxes have been installed, allowing guests to check in anytime of their convenience after 3pm.

Parking is free and unrestricted in the local area. Unfortunately, allocated parking for residents is not available. However, it is usually quite easy to find a parking space close by. Loading and unloading is also possible using the car park of the hotel on the opposite side of the street for a few minutes.
