This was like one's own eyrie at the top of this Georgian house with exquisite views out on the countryside The village of Larkhall is charming with excellent shops including COOP and fabulous local butchers and cafes with buses into town though during rush hour much quicker to walk. Annie was a charming welcoming host - highly recommended.

I had a wonderful stay with Annie, everything was as described and staying here helped make Bath a wonderful stop on tour.

Thank you to Annie for such a lovely stay! The space perfect and was so quiet, clean and homely. There was everything you would need I the kitchen, bathroom annd bedroom. It was such a nice walk into the city. I will definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone.

Annie was a wonderful, attentive host. The house itself is beautiful and in a lovely area of Bath. Having the kitchenette and bathroom next to the room is very convenient and the walk to the theatre is beautiful, although takes a good 25/30 mins! I’d stay there again in a heartbeat!

Annie is a terrific host! Didn't mind the climb to the top of the stairs at all. Was there for two weeks and was very comfortable. Space is exactly as described and having the kitchenette area made a huge difference during my stay. Well worth it. Co-Op close by, lovely cafes, and an easy walk into the centre of town and Theatre Royal.

I had a wonderful time staying with Annie, the room was very clean and offered a stunning view out onto the hills.
The top floor bathroom was a great size and I had sole use of this and a kitchenette area.
Annie was very friendly and I felt welcomed at all times.
Would highly recommend!

This is the second time I have stayed. If you can cope with the stairs, it's a lovely view, very well located and I like having the top floor to myself!

Annie made me very welcome. As she described, the room is at the top of the house, so there are a few stairs, but IMHO it's worth it for the view! I had the top floor to myself... The landing is a kitchenette with everything I needed, spacious shower room, if you feel the need to swing several cats (😜) and my bedroom was comfortable; good mattress, plenty of surface space and storage space, which I didn't need for two nights. Very convenient location. I've booked to stay again.
