Living with Host
I'm offering a lovely room in an annex connected to the house. It is quite self-contained and has its own bathroom with a shower. There is also a fridge, kettle and microwave in there but you're obviously welcome to come and cook in the main kitchen. The room also has a TV with Firestick connected.
Guest Parking
There is parking available on the drive.
The Area and Transport
Monton is a gorgeous village, with plenty of restaurants, bars and shops, and it's a ten-minute walk to the train station (trains get you into the city centre in less than ten mins). There are also buses to town, which go from the end of the road, and a Metrolink stop, which is about 15 mins walk away.

The annex space is private to you during your stay and the door is lockable. You can either come and go through the side gate. The kitchen and living room are shared with me, the host, and my partner who lives here part time.
Excluded Facilities
The upstairs floor, which has my bedroom and the main bathroom, as well as my partner's office, is not for guest use.
