Bright Double Room and Small Single Room (more spacious than it looks) (Sheffield)

I offer a semi-detached house providing a double first-floor room and a small single bed built into the small bedroom. Spacious and light with blinds and a quiet daytime routine. Plants optional in the bedrooms.

The kitchen and dining room are available for use and the sitting room is open to negotiation. The back garden has seating areas and decking overlooking the countryside. I’m working during the day and occasionally in the evening but have my own office in the attic.

The journey into Sheffield takes about 20 minutes on the bus which is a 5 minutes walk away. The buses are regular. House rules include no smoking indoors, no pets and no guests unless agreed.
