Living with Host

What does this mean?

Our house is a Victorian terraced house . The rooms have high ceilings and are spacious. The loft room is newly decorated and has a blackout blind . The bed is a king size and is new.
The cheery double has the most comfortable double bed ever! I love this room!
I never , usually, take on more than one guest at a time so that the house is not too crowded and you have privacy and time from fellow colleagues!

Parking is street parking.

The Area and Transport

Our home is just a stones throw from Sunderland Sea front where there are numerous restaurants, shops and bars. We are within walking distance to the theatre as well as on a bus route to the city centre.
The spaces we have are newly decorated , clean and bright and homely where you can relax after a hectic day at the theatre.
You are most welcome to cook and use our kitchen and facilities.
I am around a great deal and happy to accommodate any requirements!

Couldn't have asked for more from Bethan and Dave, they were wonderful hosts, and the digs being so near Roker Beach made working in Sunderland feel like a holiday. Super accomodating and helpful, they made me feel completely at home. Would absolutely stay again.
