Bright and quiet double room for single occupancy at the home of the artist with fast broadband and a friendly Border Collie for comforting, and relaxing strokes.
Guests have access to a dedicated guests' kitchen equipped with all necessary cooking appliances, storage space for food, a fridge, freezer and a dining area—no limits when, how and what you cook. There is a washing machine with a dryer. Additionally, guests enjoy spotless shared bathroom facilities and two separate spotless toilets. There is also a spacious garden where guests can relax and listen to the birds' chorus of Wembley.
The location is very comfortable for travelling by train, underground from and to central London. Easy access to West End Theatres (25-30 min) by underground. It is minutes away from the Wembley Park Trobadour Theatre. Kiln Theatre at Kilburn is 20 min and the Hamstead Theatre is 25 min by underground.

Guest Parking
Street parking is available for free, except on days of events (football matches or concerts) at Wembley Stadium, where there is a complete restriction on parking on the streets unleast you book a parking. Please get in touch with me for more details.
The Area and Transport
Wembley Park is a lively and well-connected part of North West London. The area is best known for Wembley Stadium and the OVO Arena, which bring a vibrant atmosphere with concerts, performances, and cultural events. At the same time, my street is calm and safe, offering a restful balance after a busy day.
The Troubadour Wembley Park Theatre is just around the corner. For eating out and socialising, there’s plenty of choice: BoxPark with its variety of street food, restaurants at London Designer Outlet, and cosy coffee shops scattered through the area.
Wembley Park Underground Station (Jubilee and Metropolitan lines) is around 5 minutes on foot. Central London is very easy to reach: Baker Street in about 12 minutes
West End theatres (Leicester Square, Piccadilly Circus, Covent Garden)/ Bond Street / Oxford Street[REMOVED]min.
If you travel from Luton or Stansted Airport, buses to and from Finchley Road have an underground connection to Wembley Park.

All bedrooms are private with lockable doors. Guests share a well-equipped kitchen, bathroom, and two toilets, which are dedicated for up to three people only. Stairs and corridors are communal. Guests are also welcome to enjoy the garden, complete with outdoor furniture — a pleasant space for dining or simply relaxing.

Please be respectful to your neighbours and the owners of the house.
1. Smoking is never permitted inside the apartment; no cigarettes, vapes, or e-cigarettes are allowed inside the house. There is a garden area where you can smoke, located at least 5m from the garden door.
2. No alcohol is permitted inside the house at all times.
3. Loud noise or conversations inside the room are not permitted after 22:00 due to respect for other guests.
Bathroom and Toilet
4. The bathroom and toilet shall be cleaned after use.
5. The bathroom shower and bath shall be left spotless. Please clean the glass after the shower with a small cloth (it is on the radiator).
Kitchen:
6. The kitchen shall be cleaned every time you use it. Deep fryers and steamers are not permitted! Pots, cutlery and pans shall be washed, dried and placed back.
Rubbish:
7. Please remove your rubbish every day. Bins are in the front garden.
