This is a private flat entered by a large communal front door. There are 6 flats in all in this Grade 11 listed building.
The bin area is out the back 50 yards from the building in a shed with its own security door.
Guests are requested to dispose of rubbish into the large bins in the shed ( description of access in the flat)

Such a beautiful flat, 15 mins away from the theatre, so handy and so comfortable.

What a beautiful flat! I had a wonderful week staying here. The location is fantastic, 10 min walk from the theatre with lots of shops, cafes and restaurants nearby! The kitchen was extremely well-kitted out, as was the rest of the flat, evidently lot of thought has gone into it. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

An absolutely wonderful place to stay whilst at the Mayflower!
The apartment is beautiful, warm and very homely. Has everything you need to settle in and make yourself at home.
10 min walk the theatre…. perfect!!
Jules was the perfect host, great communication, met on arrival and showed around then left to it but always on the end of the phone if needed.

Another fabulous stay with Jules, the flat was perfect and such a lovely space to come back to. Every detail has been thought of! Only 10 minute walk to the Mayflower and very quiet neighbourhood - only slight issue was that the upstairs flat was usually up and making a lot of noise/footsteps early (around 7am) which did affect sleep some days so earplugs recommended!

Some of the best digs I’ve ever stayed in, with everything you could possibly need and a super chill landlord. A beautiful building in an area with cute cafes and restaurants. Jules can advise you on where to park if that’s an issue and it’s a 15 min walk. I will always be searching out these digs next time I’m in S’ton!

Jules' flat is gorgeous and has everything you need for an amazing stay. Clean, comfortable, has a large bed and a lovely bathroom. Situated in a quiet area of Southampton and a really easy 10-minute walk to the theatre. Would definitely recommend staying here, you won't be disappointed!

Easily the best digs I've ever stayed in! Flat was immaculate and very well equipped, short 15-20min walk to the Mayflower. Jules is a lovely host and would have no hesitation to stay here or at any of her other digs again. Highly recommend!
