What does this mean?

Single, double, twin and king size rooms available, all rooms are ensuite with tea and coffee making facilities and complimentary toiletries. A mini fridge is available on request. Locally sourced homecooked breakfast available for £10pppn. Light and airy breakfast room which can be used by guests in the day/evening if required and outside seating area for use in good weather. Fast speed Wi-Fi in all rooms and public spaces. Safe suburban area within walking distance of the Princess Theatre and local amenities.

Guest Parking

We have some private parking at the rear of the guest house for our guests. The road at the back of the guest house also has unrestricted roadside parking.

The Area and Transport

Great location only 10-15 minutes walk to the town centre, seafront and Princess Theatre. On main bus route for Princess Theatre, Babbacombe Theatre and the Palace Theatre in Paignton. 15 minutes walk from Torquay and Torre railway stations. Amenities within a minutes walk include convenience stores, takeaways (Chinese, Indian, Pizza, Kebabs, Fish and Chips) pubs, coffee shops and launderette.

There is one small step at the front door to negotiate and we have a good sized ground floor room that could accommodate a wheelchair. For limited mobility we have 3 ground floor rooms in total and the breakfast room is also located on the ground floor.

I had a lovely stay at 74 Belgravia, Paula and Jeff were wonderful hosts.
Clean comfortable and close to the theatre.

I loved my stay at 74 Belgravia! The room was beautifully decorated and very clean. You can also order breakfast, and it's just a 15 min walk to the theatre. Paula and her husband were so welcoming and I would love to come back and stay again!
