Our home is nestled along the serene banks of the Chichester canal, affording us picturesque views of the sprawling fields that stretch towards the South Downs. From our back garden you can walk along the scenic canal path, providing a pleasant 30-minute walk to the city centre. Alternatively, heading in the opposite direction treats you to a 40-minute walk to the Chichester Marina and beyond to the Witterings.

For those seeking public transportation, the convenient route 51 bus service departs from the end of our road every 20 minutes, offering easy access to Chichester.

Our home is tucked away in a peaceful cul-de-sac, offering a tranquil environment. Within a mere 3-minute walk, you'll find two village shops, while the charming Spotted Cow pub is just a 5-minute stroll from our doorstep.

Parking is a breeze, with on-street space available outside our garage.

Your bedroom is furnished with a comfortable single bed, a practical desk, drawers, and a cupboard. The rest of the house is shared with our family, encompassing a bathroom equipped with both a bath and a shower, a downstairs toilet, a modern kitchen, a cozy lounge, a delightful conservatory, and a charming garden.

While we are early to bed and early risers, we warmly welcome guests to return late at night, provided they do so with consideration for our household's schedule.
