Living with Host
Light, airy and spacious double bedroom in a recently renovated 1920s semi, well located in Headingley with easy access to shops & local amenities, plus short, easy bus routes, right on your doorstep, into Leeds city centre for all the theatres and nightlife there.
We’re a quiet cul-de-sac with all you could need right nearby so the best of both worlds.
Your housemates for the stay will be my good self (female, late 30s, professional) and my cat Rosie, who is a shy little girl but who enjoys a fuss (and a treat stick!) once you’ve won her trust.
I’m easy going and happy to let you be do your own thing, but equally happy have a natter over cup of tea or glass of wine too, whatever suits you best.
We’re ideally looking for cat fans who’d like to join us in our safe space and sanctuary.
I’ve recently completed a back to brick renovation so it’s all new and fresh and completed to a very high standard, offering that little bit of luxury at an affordable price.
You’ll be sharing a bathroom with me and I’m happy for you to make use of our brand new kitchen and lounge as needed, as well as the sunny south facing garden, which is work in progress, but getting there.
If you’re looking for a home from home, warm friendly welcome, with a little bit of kitty-cat-company and a touch of luxury too then look no further, we’d love to have you stay!

Claire and Sam’s place is beautiful, warm and cosy. They are both wonderful, accommodating hosts and I felt very comfortable here. I will be staying again next time I work in Leeds.

Had a lovely stay here, it was comfortable and my hosts were lovely. Lots of cat visitors which was a bonus for me, and getting to and from the theatre was a quick bus journey. Would be more than happy to stay here again!

Claire is an absolutely incredible host, with a beautifully spotless and comfortable digs! Their home is also beautiful, even though Claire still states it's a work in progress! If my next stay is longer, I may even join them in the purposefully designed garden for a glass of wine!

I had such a lovely time staying here, and I wish I was there for more than one night! Claire and her partner (and the cats too!) were so kind and welcoming, and my room was perfect. It really felt like a home away from home, so I highly recommend!!

I had a lovely time staying with Claire, Sam and Rosie, their home was modern and clean and had everything I needed. The walk to the Grand is about half which is great for me as I enjoy a walk but there as buses that take you to and from very regularly and Uber back after the shows wasn’t very much at all. And the local area has everything you need in walking distance to their home. I would happily stay here again. Thank you

Such a comfortable and amazing place to stay super clean, and bed was so comfy.
Claire was so kind as my dogs fell through she managed to sort things out so quickly for me in such a short space of notice I would highly recommend staying here and will be back xx

If you're staying in Leeds, look no further! This is definitely the place for you. A gorgeous home hosted by gorgeous people, the room was beautiful and the bed was so comfortable! Clare and Sam were so lovely and welcoming, I felt very happy and at ease in their home, which really does have everything you need! I couldn't recommend them enough, simply fantastic!

Claire is a very warm. kind and welcoming host. Good for a chat if that is what you need and interesting talk too. Best bathroom too. Cosy bed and quiet street. Plenty of buses to the centre.

Claire and Sam were absolute legends; exceptionally friendly, flexible and respectful of other people s space. The room is huge, bright, clean, the bed is really comfortable. The house is incredibly welcoming and cozy. I left just in the middle of the renovation of the back garden, which will make the whole place even more pleasant. I couldn’t recommend it any higher. I will surely use their place again whenever available. Frankie

Claire & Sam were really kind and warm hosts. I felt completely safe and at home, and loved my stay with them. Their house is lovely and cosy and their cat is so precious!!! Definitely an added bonus :) I would love to stay with them again and would recommend it to anyone!

What a lovely place to stay, hosted by lovely people! Claire was a very warm and welcoming host and the room was a little haven of calm. Located right next to a bus stop into the centre of Leeds which was great for getting to and from the theatres in the city centre. Will definitely be booking again next time I'm in Leeds!

Fantastic stay with Claire in Leeds. She was incredibly friendly. The house was always immaculately clean and Rosie the cat grew to tolerate my strokes. Always lovely and warm inside too. 10/10 fantastic digs. Hopefully see you again Claire and Sam!xx
