What does this mean?

Bright, newly decorated double bedroom. Ideal theatre digs with late returns welcome. Spacious kitchen and lounge to cook and relax in. Shared bathroom with host. Access to garden. Within walking distance to seafront. Great transport links to town or a 35-40 minute walk to the theatre.

Guest Parking

Free on street parking. If you have a small car or motor bike you can park in the front garden which has just had gravel put down.

The Area and Transport

My home is a comfortable three-bedroom bungalow with a relaxed, peaceful atmosphere, the kind of place that’s lovely to come back to after a long rehearsal or performance. There’s a large kitchen and a spacious lounge where guests can unwind, have a cup of tea, or simply relax after a busy day.
The house is in a great location, just a ten-minute walk from Brighton Marina and the sea, so it’s easy to enjoy the coastline and fresh air. There’s also a park directly opposite the house, which adds
to the calm feel of the area.

Local supermarkets and shops are close by, making it easy to pick up anything you might need during your stay. There are also regular bus routes nearby with quick links into Brighton town centre, making it simple to travel to theatres, rehearsal spaces, and other parts of the city. Alternatively, if you wanted to take a leisurely walk, it would likely take 35-40 mins tops!

1) Respect the home - please treat the property, furniture and shared spaces with care.
2) Quiet hours from 10pm-7am - Please keep noise to the minimum during these hours
3) No smoking or vaping inside the house
4) No parties or events
5) Visitors with prior agreement- overnight guests are not allowed unless agreed in advance
6) Lock doors and windows when leaving the property
7) Clean up after yourself in shared areas - kitchen, bathroom and living areas
8) Wash and put away dishes after use
9) Store own food in allocated cupboard and/ or space in fridge
10) Report any damage or maintenance issues promptly
11) Do not give keys to anyone else
12) Leave the room and shared areas in a clean and tidy condition
13) Remove shoes at front door. Would prefer just socked feet in the bedroom as the carpet has just been laid. It's new!
14) Last but not least, must like mini-daschunds! She is a lovely girl and interested in you and what you're up to
