Living with Host
The comfortable guest room is on the first floor with linen/cotton bedding and fair trade coffee and tea. Situated next to it is the shared bathroom with eco friendly bath and cleaning products. Guests have use of the kitchen (with their own fridge) and dining room. There are table and chairs in the small backyard where guests can sit in good weather and can also be used by smokers. A vegetarian household athough this does not apply to guests and cyclists are welcome to bring their bikes inside. I particularly welcome LGBTQ+ people and anyone okay with a resident cat.
Guest Parking
Free on street parking, there is usually a space outside or very close by.
The Area and Transport
A leafy street by Nuns Moor Park and Moor. In vibrant community, with many world food shops and places to eat. Close to Newcastle town centre for theatres and Dance City 20 min walk or frequent buses to centre 10 min.

Terri is a perfect host: friendly, kind and very attentive to guest's needs while still being discreet. Her lovely house and garden are beautifully maintained and quiet. The room is large and comfortable and the kitchen sunny and well-equipped. Could not recommend this place more highly!

Terri is genuinely the most fantastic host with a great place to stay. Excellently clean, great location and value for money and as mentioned Terri is the perfect host leading to somewhere to stay that I would always recommend. Thank you Terri.

I had an amazing time at Terri's house.
The place is beautiful, super cosy, peaceful and very clean. Terri made me feel like in home, she was extremely friendly and accommodating.
I would definitely come back if happened to be in Newcastle in the future!

Aleksandra was the perfect guest! She communicated her arrangements well, especially when her train journey was delayed. She was friendly and respectful and left the room spotless. I would certainly recommend her to other hosts.
Terri was sich a warm and welcoming host. Incredibly friendly. The room was very comfortable and the walk into town is easy.

Terri is a great host. The house is lovely, really tidy, clean but also interesting and full of character and the coolest bathroom I’ve seen. The location was perfect, you can walk into town or get a bus. I’ll definitely stay with Terri if I’m back in Newcastle

Terri was really welcoming and friendly at her beautiful home.
The bedroom was immaculate and the bed very comfortable. It was great to have a kettle in the room as well. A lovely place to stay.
