I offer a large comfortable double room at the front of my house with access to bathroom with shower and use of kitchen . Easy walk to theatres and also access to plenty of buses, shops and pubs nearby

parking in my road is restricted to residents or expensive visitor day parking permits. For longer stays there are areas of free parking not far away

The Area and Transport

My house is near public transport 5 mins to London Rd Station, 15 mins to Brighton Station and frequent buses to theatres and city centre which are also an easy walk.

Nicola is a lovely person and great host! It was such a joy to have a chat and a cup of tea with her after a busy day.
It’s a beautiful house in a great location and the room is spacious with good light and a comfortable bed.
Nicola is very laid back so it’s a very relaxed atmosphere and I felt very comfortable pottering about using the kitchen and bathroom.
Looking forward to staying again and catching up with Nicola.

Nicola was a great host and her house was beautiful. So close to London road which was great for convenience. Huge room, was just as described on the booking. Would stay again.
