Living with Host
The house is a four-bedroomed Edwardian family house (family left home) located in a very quiet suburb. Guests live as does the family, [REMOVED] sharing facilities. This has never been a problem with neither us nor guests.
There are 2 double rooms available with tv and internet connection.
We are about 8 minutes away from a busy High Street with shops, pubs and restaurants..

Street parking available, either outside the house or a few yards round the corner.
The Area and Transport
. We are about 3 miles from the city centre. Good regular buses and very easy and cheap taxi access. Park nearby for energetic visitors.
Kings Heath has been voted one of Brum's best suburbs. Good high street, lots of restaurants and pubs here and in next-door Moseley.

Lovely room with a very comfy bed. A very nice and friendly couple to stay with for the week. Communication was great and they were both very accommodating even offering to do our washing!
Would definitely stay again.

Lovely nights stay with Linda, very comfortable and super quiet, leafy area with plenty of room for parking a van. Discovered a beautiful park for a run in the morning - Linda had laid out a lovely breakfast too! Highly recommend

Linda and Frank are wonderful hosts, spacious room with comfortable bed, easy and relaxed atmosphere. Nice area, regular buses into City centre. Easy street parking.

Nice big room to stay in. Free parking outside of the house. They will show you around quickly, you are able to use their cutlery and put your things in the fridge if needed. Very welcoming and definitely worth the price! Thank you for a lovely stay : )

Was an absolute joy to stay - friendly, warm and very lovely digs (also, some fabulously 70s dinner wear). Could not recommend them enough, will most definitely be back when work takes me back to Birmingham! Xx

Linda and her husband are great hosts and the room is big and bright, with lots of sunshine coming through the big window during the day. The bed is very comfortable. There’s an ASDA nearby and plenty of buses that take you to the city centre.

Linda, frank and their granddaughter were extremely welcoming when I arrived. Great location for heading into Birmingham centre (even though I was commuting to Solihull). Were extremely helpful in finding transport to Solihull. Great stay!

Great Digs. Clean room. Friendly hosts and got free use of the Kitchen. Location is a short bus trip out of the city but in a nice area on a lovely friendly street.

Nice place & people. Big rooms & good value for money. Far from town. Linda does your washing for you which is helpful, but I did loose items and ended up leaving without 2 items (one which was binned) because they were lost in the washing.

Not sure that this is quite fair. One was only a sock fallen behind a radiator and found two months later, hardly the end of the world. The other was put away incorrectly and has since been posted.
Good buses in and out of town. Great value for money.

Linda and Frank were amazing hosts. I only stayed with them for three nights, but they were brilliant, very welcoming and helpful, made me feel at home immediately.
The room was large and cosy with big a comfortable bed, hot shower and toilet just round the corner. The house was enchanting, lovely little nucks and crannies, located super close to the high street and major bus route into Birmingham city centre, perfect for working at the theatre.
Highly recommend staying with Linda and Frank, I will do next time I'm headed their way!

Superb digs. Stayed here for 6 weeks during Panto run. Huge comfortable room, great location on several major bus routes.
Heath high street is 5 min walk and plenty of facilities including shops, restaurants, supermarkets, pubs and handy 24hr convenience store.
Close to several parks gyms and leisure facilities. Bus ride on the number 50 drops next to bullring/new street station and moor street station.
Birmingham city centre is a fab city with lots to do.
The house is a large family home with lovely warm fun and friendly hosts who really look after you but leave you plenty of space to do your own thing. Very relaxed and well appointed house on a nice quiet street.
Highly recommended and will hopefully be able to lodge here again next time I tour in the area.
