In the summer the use of the garden for breakfast outside.

All the buses go from the bottom of Athelstan road straight into Southampton which is about £1.70 on the blue line and £2.00 on city buses

Close to bus route

Breakfast is supplied if required

Evening Meal if required will be charged at £5.00

You may use the washing machine however due to the rise in energy prices each wash load will be charged at £6.00.

Wifi charged at £5 for the duration of your stay.

A lovely little place, just kinda like staying at your grand parents.

The last bus there is around midnight and is only 10 mins from the centre.

Lovely breakfasts too.

Very much recommended.

Room is fairly small but very clean and comfortable. Incredibly friendly and so helpful. Only slight downside is the walking distance from Mayflower/Carnival rehearsal studios but transport is good and if you have a car it's very quick. I would highly recommend.
