What does this mean?

Georgain house on 5 floors; Gilbert Suite on top floor views over park, king size bed, roll top bath and loo.
Piano Room on 1st floor next to wet room , comfortable double bed.
Top Room on 4t floor, share wet room, comfortable double bed.
Use of kitchen and dining room, laundry facilities and pretty garden .
We are friendly easy going theatre practioners so understand the nature of touring away from home.

Guest Parking

We have a parking permit and you can park up in the square which is just beside the house.

The Area and Transport

10/15 mins walk to Theatre Royal, Cinema,Shops, bars/ cafes and metro.
We are overlooking a lovely park and have a private garden.

All bedrooms have a lock on the door. Gilbert Suite has private bathroom facilities ,the Piano Room has use of a shared Wet Room next to the bedroom, although often it is for your use only. The top room shares the wet room.
The Kitchen and Dining room can be used by everyone.
The Garden is for house guests to enjoy some quiet sunshine.

Had a fantastic stay here. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Tony let me use a parking permit for the convenient parking on the road outside and it was an easy 15 minute walk to the Theatre Royal. Super spacious room, comfy bed and the roll top bath in the room was fabulous! My first choice for Newcastle digs in the future. Thank you for having me!
