What does this mean?

Beautiful House with Great Personal Services.
This house is in immaculate condition, and consists of a large fitted kitchen/diner, with built-in cooker and oven. There is also a cosy lounge, and all rooms come with flat screen TV’s.
One of the bedrooms has it’s own private en-suite, and there are two other bathrooms, including a shower room on the ground floor.
Externally, there are two gated car parking spaces, plus front and back gardens. There is also a 24/7 emergency call out service, so your needs would be catered for all the time.
This house is located in a delightful, new-build development, which is very quiet, yet only a short 2 mile trip into the city centre. This development is located just off the Birmingham New Road and has lots of buses going into the city centre. This neighborhood is very quiet, with lots a grasslands, and there are lots of local shops, including a café within a 5 minute walk.

I will be available to meet and greet you at any time of the day, including at weekends.

Nice house with 6 bedroom. 10 min drive to theatre and 20mins on the bus. Regular bus service. Great to have 2 secure parking spaces. We had a good stay. Excellent communication with Leroy. He quickly dropped off airer for drying washing. One large bedroom, the others smaller but fine. Nice communal kitchen. Would stay again.
