Located in Leicester city centre, very close on foot to Curve theatre (0.7 miles, 10 minute walk) and Demontfort Hall (0.7 miles, 10 minuite walk),
Very close on foot to train station (0.4 miles 8 minute walk), shops, bars & restaurants.
Beautifuilly presented, large 4 story victorian house.
Beautiful garden with lounge area, sun loungers and two eating areas.
Living with host (host has own bathroom).
Large rooms, lots of storage.
TV's in rooms.
Full length mirror in rooms.
Modern bathrooms (power showers).
Guests own fridge and kitchen cupboards.
Use of laundry room, kitchen, dining area, garden.
Wifi throughout 4 floors and garden.
Towels provided.
Robes in rooms.
Cleaner.
Weeks run Sunday to Saturday. A minimum of 4 nights will be charged for each week.

NB: Christmas 2024: I am only looking to take bookings for My Fair Lady (Christmas Show), mid October through to early Jan 2025. Not looking to take individual weeks during that period.
