Beautifuilly presented, large 4 story victorian house.
Beautiful garden with lounge area, sun loungers and two eating areas.
Living with host (host has own bathroom).
Large rooms, lots of storage.
TV's in rooms.
Full length mirror in rooms.
Modern bathrooms (power showers).
Guests own fridge and kitchen cupboards.
Use of laundry room, kitchen, dining area, garden.
Wifi throughout 4 floors and garden.
Towels provided.
Robes in rooms.
Cleaner.
Weeks run Sunday to Saturday. A minimum of 4 nights will be charged for each week.

Guest Parking

Parking is available on permit which I can arrange on request, please request at time of booking

The Area and Transport

Located in Leicester city centre, very close on foot to Curve theatre (0.7 miles, 10 minute walk) and Demontfort Hall (0.7 miles, 10 minuite walk),
Very close on foot to train station (0.4 miles 8 minute walk), shops, bars & restaurants.

Truly a brilliant week staying with Martyn and Andréa! The house is enormous and wonderfully presented. Martyn and Andrea are fantastic hosts; warm, welcoming and extremely accommodating. Thank you for a great stay!

Lovely stay at martins home he made us feel very welcome and was very friendly when we did bump into each other. Plus was my room had a little balcony. Gorgeous garden!
Would defintely stay again!
