Had a good week with some of the guys from tour. Nice little space, rooms were cool, and Munro was super helpful with the few things we reached out about through the week.

For 5 of us it was perfect for what we needed - you can tell it hasn't been refurbed recently and some appliances might need updating, but it was well worth the money. A great location for us and the permit was an added bonus. There was rubbish out back, which we did make Munro aware of. A nice place to stay for a week, and would stay again if I was in group and needed digs in Sunderland again.
