Quiet loft room with living area, in a terraced house near Liverpool City Centre. Guests have the whole of the top floor to themselves, with a shared bathroom on the floor below. Shared kitchen and yard on the ground floor.

The Area and Transport
Quiet loft room located 15 minutes from Liverpool City Centre. The room contains a king sized bed, and a small living area with corner sofa. You will have the whole of the top floor to yourself. The room has blackout blinds, and it is located at the back of the house away from the street so it's nice and quiet and has a nice view.
Shared bathroom is on the floor below, and guests have use of the kitchen and yard.
The house located just off a main road in an urban area, with several shops, pubs and restaurants. The bus stop is right at the end of the road, and takes 15 minutes into the city centre.
There is also a train station (Wavertree Technology Park) a 9 minute walk away, this gets you into Liverpool Lime Street Station in 7 minutes which is right next to The Empire Theatre.
Sharing with just myself. I am a children's nurse so do a mixture of shifts, day and night. I am sociable and relaxed.

Great stay at Pauls. The room is very comfy, Paul was very helpful and accommodating. Quick, easy train journey to Liverpool Empire. Would definitely recommend.

Probably the biggest room that I have stayed in this tour. You have plenty of space to feel comfortable, and Paul was a great host. Catching the bus to the theatre was super easy. Would definitely come again!

I had a fantastic stay with Paul, super friendly, welcoming and accommodating. His home is beautiful and full of treasures to look at. The bed was extremely comfortable. Super easy to get the bus into Liverpool centre. I will definitely stay again.

Paul was a great host, had a lovely stay and his house is absolutely beautiful. A very comfortable stay. Easy travel into town using the 79 bus and cheap Ubers as well! Would 100% recommend. Cheers Paul!

Had a wonderful stay at Paul's place. He wasn't in town that weekend, but had everything ready for us and even went the extra mile and got milk in!! Would highly recomend!

Paul's home is gorgeous, we had everything we needed and were very comfortable. He was away when we stayed so sadly didn't get to meet him, but he even got milk in for our arrival! I would definitely recommend and stay again!

Paul’s house is lovely and homely and comfortable. The bed is super comfy. It’s a bit unusual to stay with young people when you stay at digs and it was really nice. Paul is laid back, very friendly and very helpful. One of the best digs ever!

Paul is a lovely guy and his place is great.
Warm, welcoming and comfortable.
Easy to get into town- there are busses ever few minutes from a stop at the end of the street and it takes around 15 mins.
Highly recommended!

Really enjoyed and appreciated my time at Paul's for panto. I had utter privacy, greatly appreciated. I drove in and parked outside the town, so can't help on bus route. Comfy bed. Felt so at home, thank you.

Paul was a great host-communicative and friendly! Both rooms are really spacious and comfortable. The whole house is accessible with a well equipped kitchen and cosy living/dining room. I thoroughly recommend Paul and his brilliant house!
