What does this mean?

we have been hosting theatre guests for over 20 years and have recently moved to this new home and we are delighted to be able to share with guests. there is one king room and one double on the first floor and 2 double bedrooms on the second floor [ 4 rooms in total] and guests would have exclusive use of a bathroom on each floor along with full use of the kitchen facilities along with washing machine and use of a dedicated fridge. there may also be the possibility to use one of the bedrooms as a lounge depending on availability

Guest Parking

there is no parking at the property but guests use the just [REMOVED] app to find easily accessible parking nearby [there is a charge for this depending on which option guests choose]

The Area and Transport

we are delighted to be able to welcome guests into our new home. It is a beautiful 5 bedroom home on the Iffley Road in Oxford. It is ideally located for the New Theatre & Playhouse with easy public transport links and is easily walkable.

This space is shared with 2 Hosts and 3 other paying Guests.

there is a bathroom on each floor that is for exclusive use of the guests. kitchen is shared with hosts. there is a study that guests can use with prior agreement [we also have a piano that guests can use with prior agreement]

we try to keep maximum number of guests for each booking to 4 [one per person in each room] although we are happy to consider taking more bookings at times of high demand

Beautiful digs, what a stunning home! Guy and Alan were lovely hosts, up for a chat when they were about but also left me to my own devices too. Easy walk to the theatre or bus route/bike. Would stay again in a heart beat! My only tiny suggestion of improvement would be a small bit of dedicated fridge space - it was quite hard to find room amongst the host personal items and the other 2 company members.

It was a pleasure to stay in this absolutely beautiful home for a few nights. Alan & Guy are friendly and welcoming, but left us to ourselves during our stay. Would absolutely recommend, and would look to book again when I'm next in Oxford.

My stay with the boys was absolutely fantastic. Their home is STUNNING. Best shower ever. Easy commute to the theatres and the best cat Ive ever met. Bed is super comfy too. Thanks so much gents

I had a very pleasant stay in Alan and Guy's gorgeous property. Super comfy bed and great shower. Back room on top floor was quiet even with window open - no traffic noise. 25 min walk to New Oxford Theatre, nice cafés and pubs nearby house. Very reasonably priced for spenny Oxford. Would definitely stay again!
