Our 4-bed, 3 storey townhouses are set just off Avebury Boulevard in Columbia or Henrietta and just a 5 MINUTE WALK from Milton Keynes Theatre and Xscape entertainment venue, home to SnoZone and Airkix. Positioned conveniently for easy access to the M1 motorway and Milton Keynes Central.

Each house is serviced on a weekly basis and comes with 2-4 private parking bays, free wi-fi internet access and Sky TV with sports and movies.

Our serviced townhouses with private gardens are perfect for both families and work colleagues wishing to share. Boasting a modern, well equipped spacious kitchen, lounge with garden view, 2 family bathrooms en-suite and toilet room, all set over 3 floors.

With the park offering a range of events throughout the year from Picnics to Proms in the Park, there is something for all tastes and ages. Cambell Park is linked into the rest of the parks system via a route east to Willen Lake where it connects with the Ouzel Valley Park and Canal Broadwalk. water features woodland and open pastures and is home to Milton Keynes cricket.

We have 3 houses all of which are the same size and layout plan, however, 1 house has double / double / twin / twin (as shown) and the other houses have twin/ twin / twin / twin beds set. The twins are zip and link in the so can be zipped together to make a super king - please request at the time of booking which bed setup you prefer.

The interiors of the houses also vary slightly, the one photographed has more pastel spring colours and the other house has more autumn/winter colour theme.

Payment is due the day before occupation so keys can be left out at our 24 hour security desk.
