4 MINUTES WALK to NEW WIMBLEDON THEATRE and 5 MINUTES WALK to WIMBLEDON STATION for trains, underground and buses. LARGE HOUSE with access to kitchen, lounge, conservatory and large garden in a sought after road. Use of 2 bathrooms. Please Note both rooms are on the 2nd floor so there are lots of stairs! (John will always help with luggage but may not be in when you arrive.)

Use of forecourt to load / unload only.

Guest Parking

There is a [REMOVED] space nearby. Parking opposite our house but expensive. Free parking is 1.5 miles away on Cannon Hill lane SW20 9JY. Bus 163 or 164 back to Wimbledon from across the main Road.

The Area and Transport

5 minutes walk to Wimbledon Station where you can get trains to Waterloo (every few minutes - a 15 minute journey), Clapham Jnct., Vauxhall or trains to The City including Blackfriars. Trains going south to Kingston, Richmond and more. Also District line Tube to Earls Court. Buses outside the station go to Clapham, City, Putney, Richmond and more. Attractions nearby: Numerous restaurants, 2 cinemas, several leisure centres, Wimbledon Common, Wimbledon Tennis and Canizzaro Park.

My new first choice London Digs! Sue has everything so well organised, the house is lovely, you have everything you need, location is fantastic, five minutes from Wimbledon station with its brilliant links to everywhere. Cannot recommend highly enough. Sue is a lovely person who makes you feel at home. I really enjoyed my stay and hope to be able to return next time I work in London.

I had a loveky stay in Wimbledon. Sue was incredibly helpful prior and during my stay.
All details were as stated. My room was quiet & very comfortable. The kettle in the room was the ideal little extra so save late night wanderings after work.

A comfy week stay - the twin room has been redecorated since the photos and is a nice sized room. Clean and cosy with extra blankets/slippers/gown provided if needed but I was plenty warm enough! Two bathrooms to use with a great shower downstairs alongside the kitchen with simple amenities. Easy, safe walk to the theatre with plenty of shops - a very pleasant week, thank you!

Sue was incredibly welcoming and the room was really comfortable.
Location to the theatre is amazing with it being only a 5 min walk from stage door to digs.
Can’t recommend Sue enough, a must stay place when you’re in Wimbledon.

Lovely, clean, and quiet accommodation. Sue understands exactly what guests need and was very welcoming from the moment I stepped through the door.

These digs are very clean and excellent for The New Wimbledon - literally five min walk. Hosts are very accomadating. There are some additional rules on when to use the kitchen and shower lengths but great if you're working evenings.

Wonderful location whilst in rehearsals.
Sue and Jon very welcoming.
If I was in a show it might not work with the 10.30pm shower curfew but they were so accommodating I am sure you could ask them to arrange something ahead of stay.

Such wonderful hosts! I made a last minute booking and arrived a few hours later to a great room in a gorgeous house and fab location! My stay then got cut short but Sue was very understanding, and I can't wait to visit again in better circumstances!

Fabulous digs. 5 mins walk to the New Wimbledon theatre. I was in tech, so it was perfect as a place to sleep and shower. Nice warm clean house with lovely hosts. Breakfast also included which was a nice surprise. Good value for money.

I was very comfortable at Sue's and made to feel very welcome. It is a great location, just a few minutes walk to the New Theatre, with lots of food shops etc on the way. Only met Sue briefly but she made me feel at home right away.

A very accommodating stay here during tech and opening, around the corner from the theatre which is a huge bonus. A shame the double wasn't available and I was in the twin, but the room was nice and large with a good sized desk and a TV.

Brilliant digs in a great location. 5 minute walk to the theatre, with shops, restaurants and a cinema on your doorstep. The hosts make you feel really comfortable & welcome, and the whole house is lovely, warm & clean.

The room was great, plenty of space and the bonus of a sofa!

I can't recommend them enough. The only place to stay in Wimbledon.

They leave you alone to do your thing but are available for anything that you may need.

I had a lovely stay with Sue and John in the first week of December 2014. They are warm and welcoming and made me feel very much at home.

Location is perfect, just round the corner from a medium sized Tesco and the station, and plenty of restaurants and bars nearby.

I will definitely be staying here again next time I need a room in the Wimbledon area.

Had a great stay with Sue and John. They are brilliant hosts and cater for all your needs! The house is spotlessly clean and tidy and great facilities.

The location is perfect less than a 5 minute walk to the station (more like a 2 minute walk).

Great digs and I will definitely be staying here again!
