This space is not shared with anyone else.
The entire property is private and for the exclusive use of the booking.
There is no host living on site and no sharing with other guests outside the booking.
All four double bedrooms are private, each with its own en-suite bathroom and a lockable bedroom door.
Guests share the kitchen, dining area, lounge, entrance and garden only with members of their own booking ([REMOVED] cast or crew staying together).
The house has keyless self check-in and guests have unrestricted access to all areas of the property during their stay.
Excluded Facilities
The basement area, which contains utility meters and fuse boards, is not accessible to guests.
A small locked storage cupboard used for housekeeping supplies is also not available for guest use.
All other areas of the property, including bedrooms, en-suite bathrooms, kitchen, lounge, dining area and garden, are for exclusive guest use.

Weβre especially pleased the house worked well for a group of theatre professionals, with four private en-suite bedrooms, a large shared kitchen and social space, and an easy walk into Sheffield city centre, the Crucible and Lyceum theatres. Hopefully weβll see you back in Sheffield again soon!
