Self-Contained

What does this mean?

Built in 1911 the House is a Bay Fronted Victorian Terrace, this means big rooms, high ceilings and beautiful, original features. From the Original period floor tiles in the Entrance hall to the antique stairs, the house keeps its original character while also making sure to provide all the modern comforts we've come to love (running water, electricity, central heating and much more!)

Here at Lyns Lodgings we are no stranger to the touring lifestyle, we ourselves have spent time "on the road" and know what's makes Digs good! So we rolled up our sleeves, evicted all the spiders and set about making sure the most important part of your stay was seen to.

We have 4 bedrooms available, each room has been decorated with comfortable beds with bedding and towels provided as well as 4 pillows per double bed (nobody likes pillow origami!), Plug sockets with USB ports near the beds (this ain't the Holiday Inn!), reading lights, wardrobe, make-up desk and much more!

Guest Parking

There is no parking available at Lyn's Lodgings - however you can book spaces in the Sainsbury's Car park at the end of the street.

The Area and Transport

Situated in the town centre of Plymouth, Lyns lodgings provides the "best of both worlds", The train station is within a 10 minute walk (we've actually timed it, with a suitcase too!), Theatre Royal is 12 Minutes walk from the front door (ok, this is a google one) and the Town Center is on the doorstep (Its actually at the end of the road, but you get the drift)

All the bedrooms have lockable doors. Every room has a front door key as well as the individal room key (no having to wait for anyone if you want to get home quick!)

Kitchen & 2 bathrooms are shared with other visiting guests.

I had a lovely stay at Lyn’s. The room was cosy and the kitchen was brilliant. Very close to the station. Would recommend to anyone!
