Living with Host

What does this mean?

We are a retired couple who enjoy being hosts, we are friendly but not intrusive. We provide comfortable accommodation and you will enjoy sharing our beautiful kitchen with large windows looking into our garden with outdoor seating and a table should you wish to sit outside! Your bedroom is dark and quiet with secondary glazing and overlooks a gorgeous trees and our lovely garden. The bed has ironed cotton linen and an electric blanket! The bathroom is large and has a shower and a bath, we provide shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. The area is safe and all the city theatres are within easy access.

Guest Parking

Parking on our private road may be available. Note this is at your own risk. Please ask in advance!

The Area and Transport

This beautiful Regency home is 2 minutes from the Theatre Royal and a short walk into the city centre. It is quiet and comfortable. We have been hosting for over 14 years! We enjoy having guests in our home and we are friendly but not intrusive!

I loved staying with Clare so much I have immediately booked for next year so as not to miss out! Lovely friendly hosts, gorgeous room and brilliant location. Such a bonus to have free parking too especially when it is so expensive in the city! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
