Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located 2-bed 2-bath apartment. The apartments’ prime location keeps all amenities practically at your doorstep, allowing for easy access to everything the city has to offer.
2 min walk to Deansgate, offering a variety of restaurants, shops and architecture. 5 mins to Oxford Road, one of the city’s busiest streets, and 10 mins to Piccadilly and a short walk to Manchester’s Northern Quarter, AO Arena, Spinningfields and the local Universities.

The apartment was great, nicely furnished. Ana was very easy to communicate with and friendly! It was a small walk the Opera House. I would definitely stay here again while I'm in Manchester

Lovely place to stay, and very comfortable. Only a ten minute walk to the palace theatre and felt safe at night. Near a Sainsburys express and Puregym. Ana is a communicative host. Only slight pain is dropping off the keys which is about a 15 minute walk away, and is difficult to navigate when dealing with luggage. Otherwise, 5 stars.

A couple of traffic lights, bridges and a hill are all that stands between the apartment and the Palace theatre - lovely, easy commute. The apartment is compact but also spacious and very clean. The host is very responsive and checked in regularly. Collection / returning of keys was pain-free. My colleague and I really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.

The apartment was great, nicely furnished and there were no issues with noise from other residents. Ana was very easy to communicate with and friendly! It was a good distance from both the Opera House and the Palace theatre. There isn't any ventilation in the bathrooms so using the dehumidifier provided is a must. The building itself is easy to access and navigate no problems at all. I would definitely stay here again while working at either theatre!

Thank you, Hugh. There is actually a built in ventilation system throughout this entire building, so also in both bathrooms, but yes you still have to ventilate, sadly that’s the case with most inner city centre apartments nowadays. Thank you for staying and for being great guests!
