What does this mean?

Situated in leafy cosmopolitan Jesmond close to the city centre. 20 mins walk to Theatre Royal.
Supermarkets , Waitrose, Tesco and Sainsbury’s close by. Lots of bars, coffee bars, Gregg’s, comfort food places, Indian, Persian, Greek and Italian Restaurants all on the door step.

Guest Parking

Parking on the street. Car permit required costing £2.00 per day.

The Area and Transport

My house is situated in West Jesmond with metro links to Central Station and Newcastle International AirPort!
Bus service from Osborne Road into town and down to the quayside.
Theatre Royal is about 30 mins walk, 4 stops on the Metro to Monument or Q3 bus ( every 20 mins) to the door!
Live Theatre can be reached by taking the Q3 bus service every 20 mins.
Northern Stage is a 20 minute walk or 2 stops on the metro to Haymarket.

Metro to the Airport takes about 25 minutes.

The metro is 8 mins walk from Larkspur Terrace

A really wonderful stay. A beautiful street in a gorgeous area of West Jesmond. It took us 15 minutes door to door of the Theatre Royal. Suzie is delightful & has a great deal of energy & fun.
A real haven.

Suzie is a wonderful host and I really enjoyed my stay at her beautiful home. I was in the attic room which is very comfortable and filled with natural light. The house is a 5min walk to the metro and a quick journey into town. The area is well provided for with various shops, cafes and restaurants. Definitely recommend!
