Kingsley Road, Northampton (Northampton)

Two rooms.

One with partial en suite/bath/sink and access to shared shower room. This room is at the rear of a large Victorian house fronting Northampton's old Racecourse park. Free parking bay opposite house.

Second room is a large attic 25m2 + on the second floor with access to shared shower room as above. (1.4miles to theatres) This room has a double and a single bed for some flexibility in bookings .

(The hosts are the only permanent occupants of this house there are no children and no pets)

Toilets in shower room and another separate is short distance along corridor on 1st floor.

Both are Standard Double beds with 1st floor Hypnos mattress , attic room Emma mattress.

Use of kitchen on ground floor. Milk/tea/cafetière/coffee provided if requested.
N.B Check out time on departure day by 11-30am latest please.

(There are no children in the house no pets and it's a non smoking household.)

N.B. During the Coronavirus scare we would advise incoming bookings of the nature of any current infectious illness either of us has and we ask that guests do likewise. Both of us are double vaccinated and booster jabbed. In view of the accommodation we will only accept guests who confirm they are vaccinated.

Any guest falling ill or testing positive for Covid during the run and requiring absence from the show will be required to return home if at all possible and not isolate etc in the room/house.

NB From 2/1/2022 New rates will apply so that after TDB commission we do not receive less than £20 per night regardless of length of stay . Pre existing bookings will be honoured at rates agreed.

Host has read the Government's guidance regarding accommodation and understands how it applies to them

There are procedures in place to ensure this accommodation meets the Health and Safety Guidance in place at the time of any stay

Hand sanitiser provided

Soap for each sink provided

Check in/Check out times allow for thorough cleaning between Guests

Separate towels provided

Bins are emptied and cleaned regularly

Laminated house rules/welcome book provided

Contactless key collection

Guest rooms not cleaned during stay except by arrangement

Both hosts are double vaccinated and are the only permanent occupants of the house. All sash windows open for ventilation. There will be no same day turnarounds booked for either room to allow for cleaning and sanitising.

Before arriving guests are expected to check their Company policies on Covid testing and other ill health work absence. These digs are not in general for 24/7 stays, barring the odd day, during any ill health. This also applies to self employed guests under other contracts.
